Our Policy in Short
No refunds, but you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime: Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Access continues: When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period (the date shown in your account).
- No additional charges: You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- No partial refunds: You will not receive a refund or proration credit for the unused portion of the period you've already paid for.
- Reactivate anytime: If you change your mind before your subscription ends, you can reactivate it from your account and continue without interruption.
Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable: This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time quiz purchases.
- No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- No refunds for unused content: We do not offer refunds for unused time after a cancellation, missed quizzes, or family member seats that go unused.
Plan Changes
Upgrading or adding seats:
The change takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new rate, and your next renewal will reflect the new plan.
Downgrading or reducing seats:
The change takes effect immediately, but no proration credit is issued. Your next renewal will be at the new lower rate.
Switching billing intervals:
Contact support — we'll help you make the switch.
Failed Payments
- Retry attempts: If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again for a few days before subscription access is suspended.
- Update payment method: You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings.
Annual Subscriptions
- Upfront billing: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full 12-month period.
- Keep access: If you cancel an annual subscription, you keep access through the end of the 12 months you've paid for. No partial-year refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, fraudulent transaction), contact support via the support page within 30 days and we'll investigate.
- Technical issues: We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues that prevented you from using the service.
