PhishTested is an educational platform that provides interactive quizzes and learning materials to help users recognize phishing attempts and online scams. Our services include:

• Age-appropriate phishing awareness quizzes for teens and seniors
• Instant feedback and explanations for each quiz question
• Results summaries sent to parents/guardians
• Educational resources about online safety

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

You agree NOT to use PhishTested to:

• Create or send actual phishing attempts or scams
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy our educational content

Pricing: Our pricing is displayed on our website. Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: One-time purchases are generally non-refundable. For subscriptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

All content on PhishTested, including quizzes, educational materials, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PhishTested or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our written permission.

PhishTested is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Our content will protect you from all phishing attempts
• Results or outcomes from using our educational materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhishTested shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PhishTested after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
